My husband and son had gone out for the night. It was a bit chilly, but nice, so my daughter and I went for a long walk. The sun was going down, so I stopped to take a shot. The Fort Hood Army Airfield is behind me, as well as the sunset. Funny story for the night, my daughter had lost one of her shoes on the walk; she was riding in her stroller. I didn’t realize it until we got home. I had to wait for my husband to get home and then I went back out to find it. Of course it was at the end of my walk that I found it. Overall I walked over two miles that night, thanks to her kicking her shoe off. Great exercise! This is not one of my favorite photos, but the memory of the evening was pleasant.
