A couple of days before I took this shot I was snuggled up on the couch with my husband. We were having some tv time at lunch before he had to go back to work. At the back side of our living room is a large sliding glass door that lets in lots of light. I had my foot up on the couch and realized that the afternoon light made some interesting work of my foot. You could see folds and wrinkles and lines, it was pretty neat, but not very pretty. A couple of days later I recreated that look and took some shots. I like how this turned out. I like all the lines and folds and the black and white. I don’t have perfect baby feet anymore, I’m getting older, but I think this is way more interesting.
