My daughter and I took a walk to the shoppette to get a gallon of milk. It was a lovely March morning. We were crossing this field and the green of the grass and the blue of the sky and the white fluffy clouds drew me in. I stopped and took a few shots. A cloud moved away from the sun and the light came down in an angelic angle just as I snapped the shutter. I knew that I had my shot for the day. I love this one.

“Springtime is the land awakening.  The March winds are the morning yawn.”  ~Quoted by Lewis Grizzard
